Customer Reviews
Easy switch for business
Needed new internet for my small business. Went with the Small Business nbn from Exetel. The whole process was pretty easy, didn't have any major headaches. Speeds are fine for what we do. Happy with it.
Fast activation, good internet
Signed up for nbn Home. Activation was quick. Internet works well. No issues so far.
Decent service, minor hiccup
I switched my nbn Home Internet to Exetel. The sign-up process was smooth and the internet speed is as advertised. Delivery of the modem took about 5 days to reach Sydney, which was a bit longer than I expected. Customer service was helpful when I called about tracking. Overall, a good experience, but maybe speed up shipping a little.
Smooth NBN setup and reliable speeds
I decided to go with Exetel for my nbn Home Ultrafast plan. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received email updates throughout. Activation was fairly quick, within 2 days of connecting the modem. I opted to use my own nbn Compatible Modem, which was easy to set up with their instructions. The internet speeds have been consistent, even during peak evening hours, which was a major concern for me. I haven't needed to contact support yet, so can't comment on that, but so far, the service has been reliable. No unexpected charges on my first bill either.
Good nbn deal, decent savings
I was looking for a new nbn plan and Exetel had a pretty good offer for the first six months. I signed up for the nbn Home Superfast and got a decent discount on the monthly fee. It definitely felt worth the purchase considering the savings.
Amazing mobile plan!
I got the 5G Mobile plan and it's fantastic! Super fast speeds, no dropouts, and the price is unbeatable. I'm telling all my friends about it. I will absolutely shop here again, couldn't be happier!

Are Exetel's mobile plans actually any good? Do they use the Telstra or Optus network? Trying to figure out if I'll get decent reception where I am.
Hey, thinking about switching to Exetel for nbn. How long does it usually take to get it hooked up once I sign up? Like, is it a weeks-long wait or pretty quick?
